  • Why can't I see on-hand information?
  • Why can I only see Sports South Suggested Retail Price?

As we are a wholesale distributor, we are only able to release inventory availability information to FFL dealers who have established accounts with us.
If you are a dealer, you must login to see the retail price

  • I don't have a Sports South Account Number, How can I get one?
  • I'm a new dealer, how can I get a Sports South Acct. Number?
  • Where do I send my FFL?
  • How can I get full access to this site?

In order to assign you an account number we need to have a signed copy of your FFL in our files.  You can send a copy to the address below.  Please enclose your shop telephone number and an email address.  When we recieve your information, we will assign you an account number and get it to you ASAP.

  • How can I list my shop on the Independent Retail Dealer Section?

You are now able to "self-list" on the Independent Retail Dealers' section of our site.
Go to our Homepage and log in using your Sports South customer number and zip code.  Click the "Edit Your Dealer Profile" link near the bottom of the page. You will be able to proof all of your contact information on the "Edit Profile" page, as well as list your website address and email address.


     
  • How do I delete an item from my current order?

In order to delete an item from a current order, click on the "View Your Current Order" link. While viewing the order, change the quantity of the item you want to delete to "0", then click the "Update/Change Quantity" button or use the "remove" button in the right hand column of your order page. You will see a confirmation line at the top of the page that lists the item number of the deleted item.

     
  • Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, Sports South now accepts credit cards for payment! You must call your sales person to pay for your order with a credit card. Place your order through the website and then call 1-800-388-3845!
